Novotel Suites Wien City Donau

We stayed at Novotel Suites for 5 nights during our Vienna trip. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the U-Bahn and surrounded by supermarkets. Prater park was also within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities. We loved the separate toilet and bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and opened early, allowing us to start our day with a satisfying meal.

We highly recommend this hotel.

The internet was not working during my entire stay, despite multiple requests to fix it. there was no service bathroom available when I needed it, inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station that brought us to the city center in minutes. We also loved that it was very close to the Donauinsel, which we could reach with a 15-minute walk crossing the bridge. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. Great location near Prater and metro, convenient for winter activities. Spacious room with TV for kids. Tasty breakfast with warm and cold options. Helpful manager and free parking.

Nothing not to love.

The bathroom is also well-appointed and has separate bathtub and shower options. The staff is helpful and the rooms are cleaned daily.

the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. it was even better than my previous stay in vienna. the staff was so nice and kind, and the minimalist breakfast was wonderful. the location was perfect, with the subway just a two-minute walk away.

I loved staying here! It's in a quiet residential area and right beside the subway station, so it was super easy to explore the city. The Danube River is also close by and made for a lovely stroll. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. Situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of the city, it offers the perfect balance of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city center while still having excellent transport links just a stone's throw away. This makes it incredibly convenient for exploring all that the city has to offer.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything to fault.
